Ilya Igorevich Ovsyannikov was born in Leningrad on January 17, 1985.
Member of the Union of Artists, a member of the "Hopeless Painters" association.

An important place is occupied by experiments with color, visual and conceptual content. Personal exhibition at NCCA (2021).
In painting, he inherits the traditions of modernism and the Leningrad landscape school. Among the plots are predominantly artistic studies of the urban landscape, city views, and portraits.
